Reflexology is a healing massage therapy that involves applying pressure to trigger points in the feet or lower legs. Trigger points are believed to relate to areas of the body that need healing. Prepare to sit or lay with supports with blankets, bolster and eye pillow. The reflexology will spend most of the time massaging and pressing on pressure points of the feet. This hour of bliss will be relaxing and rejuvenating! We will also incorporate sound therapy and Reiki for a complete mind body experience.
